I joined CIWRO as a research associate in July 2022, where I assist study of the atmospheric boundary layer through processing, analyzing, and organizing data collected by the instruments contained in the Collaborative Lower Atmospheric Mobile Profiling System (CLAMPS).
Growing up in Oklahoma allowed me to experience severe weather on an almost daily basis, and involvement in undergraduate research further developed my interest in meteorology. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Oklahoma State University in 2020, where I also minored in computer science and geography with a certificate in geographic information systems (GIS). Before joining CIWRO in 2022, I received my master’s degree in atmospheric science from Texas Tech University.
